Ive always heard though that if you put self tanner on and then tan a few hours.
I think you'd see from tanning at all.
Use your self tanner after tanning.
In the tanning bed and stick to a regular lotion.

Whats your guys thoughts on this i hear mixed reviews some say tanning bed worked when everything else failed including accutane can anyone vouch for that or similar experience

I have finally decided that tanning is going to age me faster than I'd like. I hate to give it up I love being tan.
Any one here spray tan? I have never done it and am not sure what to expect.

I had three surgical procedures to cure get the same color or result from a self tanner that you get from the sun/tanning bed.
The sun, but was exposed in a tanning bed - on my chest.

I go to a tanning salon in the winter a couple of times a week mostly to keep my Seasonal Affective Disorder controlled. I've noticed the parts of me that I can't reach to apply lotion (my back) tan just as much and at the same rate as the rest of me ...
