Should i go tanning in a tanning bed? So im a 13 year old girl. I have supperrrr pale skin and I really want to go tanning and my mom says that I shouldn't cuz she saw a little girl on the news who went tanning and she got like a BAD rash or something...

I usually use the second level bed(15 min). sometimes the third if they have a special or something going on(12 min). How often should I be using the level one bed?(20 min) I usually dont but thinking I should.. maybe?

How can you get tan without tanning beds or spray tan? Any lotion? Soap that makes you tanner? Obviously the sun will help but I want an extra boost! Thanks
