That and the bean probably starts out tasting inferior anyway, even before roasting..
I make sure and wipe bitter.
An extra basket that i put finger nail polish on for my wife to use and not mine.
Dose anyone know any really nice tasting smoothie recipe`s? recipes that only use a blender (ie,not fruit squasher ect)

After a while I'd be able to go weeks without biting .
I'd set a goal of no nail biting for a day, then another and another.
But I have been able to stop hurting myself.

Putting that nasty tasting nail polish? Have you tried the nail polish that tastes bad so then you don't bite them? (I haven't, but I heard about it).

In my experience, the attraction of dry-aged beef is a more gamey note to the taste.
