The extra cost was well worth the end result.
It is a little harder to find because it's not carried in mass market stores....and we had less doggy waste to clean up .

Gluten-free baked goods(non-yeast) need a few extra minutes beyond the point where we think to see if it feels firm - if it's too springy it may not be done inside)..
