All that you should use on a fresh tattoo is a gentle moisturising soap like Dove or Nivea as there's no healing wound and the ink is under the skin, whereas the lotion is on top.

Tramp stamp is only on your back directly above....
Shoulder or hip would be your best bet...
I have a small simple dove on my shoulder tattoo of army logo and have to cover at all times).
That particular name is just for lower back tattoos.
