In an independent Scotland, what tax changes - and benefit changes - would you like to see.
I would immedialty abolish Road Fund Licence and switch the tax take to fuel - thereby the more that people drive, the more tax they pay...

Most group health insurance plans offered by employers are what are called "125 plans", which means the deductions are excludable from Federal Income Tax, FICA/Medicare and, in most state, State Income Tax....
