In case people haven't heard, Congress has passed the payroll tax cut deal and Obama will immediately sign it. This means that all wage earners (W2'd and self-employed alike) will see a 2% Social Security tax cut through the end of the year.

Yep. Heres the break down...
I ran payroll, for the first time this week, for this year (business has been slow), payroll came to $128. Workmans comp $20. NY/Fed tax, $16.
NYS Workmans Comp tax, $251.
ADP says 'oh thats normal' How the F!!! is that normal...

I've never heard of NYS Workmans seeing.
I'm in NY and we use ADP for our payroll.
There are minimum fees that occur whenever you have any payroll and that may be what you're is not doing his job.
