I have bought some tea tree oil to add to my shampoo and conditioner in the hope that it will help my psoriasis.

Did this with lavender and tea tree and lavender oil together tea tree can be quite fierce
one drop of each in the amount of shampoo you'd them easy....
And about 5-10 drops of the oil into it, shake well and use.

There is an out break of lice at our children's school... grrr! My dd always wears her hair up, and ds has short hair...very short cut.
I dry (on hot) their jackets and back packs when they get home... to be on the safe side.
Neither one has gotten it...

I've got lots of info on essential oils, if you have.
Another good essential oil for bacterial/fungal infections is lavender.
You could try 2/3 cup ACV & 15-20 drops of Tea Tree.
