You certainly don't need to teach English in Japan, I advise you not to wear it.
If you intend to teach English in Japan, I advise you not to wear it.

Most of them don't consider language teachers real teachers, but the ones in Tokyo are: American School in Japan British School in Tokyo Canadian.
International schools in Japan (and 8 of them are in Tokyo).
