I feel that a 24 team tourney would be the best option since it would only extend the season a week.
Some highly skilled teams are left out because of the 16 team format.
I like the idea of a 24 team tourney.

My son in law and I fished in a team bass tournament today and we won it with 5 bass that weighed 24.10 and we had the 2nd big bass a 6.12. The winnings were $475. Not bad for a day spent fishing
