One is a 3 dimensional interconnect instead of being planar (2d interconnect) .
This doesn't sound remotely like FINFET technology (Intel's trigate transisters) .

He lets you take lots of bases, but every engage he trades so cost effectively, like Protoss normally would .

Why are we bothering Craig teching cars in the morning? I would like to have a option for any one in our class to tech anothers car at any time of the day. After the main i never seen one car go threw any thing other then seeing blinky mode. I dont care...
