Looks like LO finally is getting her first tooth! :) I see blistering on her lower gums.
Question: About how long after you saw blistering did the teeth actually come in?

Here's to hoping she stays asleep and the orajel helps! His first 4 teeth (all at different times) came in about a week after I saw swelling, and the teeth were....

My DS1 has had nurse (at separate times thank goodness!) as the adult teeth were coming through and the baby teeth were have it with ....
Time it is amazing how they do straighten up over time as more teeth come and go.

Everyone has gone through the phase of losing teeth and having gaps even if we were younger .
Theres nothing you can do except to wait until your adult teeth come through .

Google pictures of baby teeth and you'll see they are typically spaced apart no biggie if they aren't straight.
Normal, there is a lot of roomTotally normal.
They'll move closer together as more teeth come in.
