Do you brush teeth and gums after nursing and before bed? The hygentist said I should take a wet baby cloth and rub her teeth and gums before bed. It's hard because she nurses to sleep.

My dentist prescribed it last time around and it was fantastic .
Chlorhexadrine, maybe? It helps with sensitive gums and sort of keeps your mouth feeling a little better.
