My number is 011 728... a main exchange. Performance is terrible and Telkom do not answer why. Just bought new Modem ( Telkom suggestion) TP-Link TD-W8960N.

I only use telkom for the fixed line, and afrihost for the adsl portion.
Rental in month 1 and 2.

So alot of ISPs like Afrihost are offering cheaper line rentals through them (R399 for "Fastest"). So I went to scrutenize my telkom bill.

As far as I know it should be automatic on telkom's side, you may have to contact your ISP, but if you want to query it with telkom dial 10210 Yup, 10210 and sit through the multiple menu options if you migrated your ADSL line to ....
