I think you are under a common misconception, namely that fragmented files use up extra space. The only impact of fragmented files is a possible slowdown in the time it takes to access a file. You can defrag a drive, but it will not free up any space....

Seem to have a lot of junk in here and been reading that it's a good idea to delete everything but very rarely though, as the files are needed to run programmes quickly.
I've never cleared this folder out ~ ever so might get rid of some junk.

It can also tidy up the registry too.
This will clean out all your temp folders / other unnecessary files.

Files on C:\ is just to install CCleaner and run it regularly .

Relance l'ordi et vérifie que Prefetch existe.
Laisse bosser l'ordi 10 mn.
Peu plus de temps à se lancer mais mon fichier Prefetch ne devient pas une poubelle !
Par contre il advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks.

My firewall keeps triggering on stdrt.exe

I can delete that directory and it will regenerate. I see other queries about this one on the web. It isn't tripping anyone's virus...
