HeLa Casa Del Tequila ,located at 589 Morelos, has an incredible selection.
At the Cafe Roma used to sell a great Tequila he got from somewhere in the mountans in a wooden barrel.

We visited a small family owned tequila plant the other day and watched the first step in processing tequila. A fun day and interesting.

BUT aging an blanco tequila, light rum, or young bourbon might yield some results.
I wouldn't age an anejo tequila, an aged rum, or aged bourbon.

I have always despised tequila but after picking up a bottle of single barrel....
Some tequilas suggestions for a good sipping tequila.
The tequila at the duty free is all more expensive than what you can find elsewhere.
