This is done by passing args to its import: use Test::More tests => 30; Or by calling plan explicitly.
Hello Test::More won't print the plan unless you tell it to.

Let's distinguish Test Plan and Test Suites :) Test Suite ....
A Test is simply a set of tests.
This all being said, what you will have written is not what is generally considered a 'test plan'.
Who writes the test plans in your shop? Who should write them? I realize developers (like me) regularly do their own unit testing whilst developing and in some cases even their own Q/A depending on the size of the shop and the nature of the business, ...

It also helps that QA generally the test plan....
QA uses a test plan template that helps them avoid missing anything.
QA writes the test plan, and the dev reviews it to see if they missed anything he thought of.
In the agile scrum methodology, if we fail to identify the hidden areas in the project plan on the burndown it could pottential cause a major threat to the project. Also if a resource miss-interpretate the item on the burndown it could lead to a confusion...

There is no efficient way initially coming up with hypothetical plans all the time or just come in when there is something to test for every little....
Be done, you can't have a test plan that is all that likely to be correct.

A major difference....
I think it will be harder to start with test-after type of testing.
Why it can be useful to test with invalid input to see that this doesn't cause the system to roll to show that this is a team effort in some ways.

One thought, and....
Its expensive as far as I know, and it's not that great .
We're able to produce an upWe use Quality Center / Test Director stuff.
Keeps track of our requirements, test cases, test plan and test runs.
