I know the feeling about counting calories I just started using an app called My Fitness Pal .
Looks to me like you need to increase your intake of real food and not depend on shakes for your cal/protein .

I just started taking 100mg test prop and 10mg D-Bol 5 days
Dosage: 1ml prop EOD 20mg D-bol each day

On running 12 weeks, 6 weeks d_bol and 12 weeks on prop, yes its 250mg test E
I couldnt get more than 1 bottle of test E its gna take another 2 weeks to get the other one.

So it's day 4 of my test e(500mg) and dbol (50mg ed) cycle and today I feel like shit. All I want to do is sleep. Low appetite as well too. Been taking asin eod at 12.5mg. I've been trying to eat a lot, but the appetite just isn't there. Any advice?
