I had my IGF-1 tested before I ever took HGH and it was 212.

HGH will not give you significant muscle/energy/stamina unless you use testosterone as well.
HGH gent but here is some info.
I will echo others and say that test cyp or E shots at 250-500 per week would be your best bet.

I have a torn ACL in my right knee. I'd rather not go down the surgery route. I had it give way on me again yesterday and i've had enough. I want to take HGH to heal the ligament.

Why are you opposed to surgery? Where have you heard that HGH will heal a torn ACL? Pubmed or tested for efficacy.
The ACL only die.
I wouldn't think HGH would 'heal' an ACL tear anyhow.
NHS probably won't do that tbh.

To be on the juice and olympic or natural leauges where they are tested and use is not allowed thump of the games IMO).
