Fish and shellfish are eaten both sauteed or fried in batter North of England .
But we can't have EVERYthing in life, can we ? ; )) Edit dish, but each area has its own version.

The beef jerky at le Thai.
With ham and egg and covered in bechamel sauce at bread and butter .

Also thai green has green chillies for colour and a good green curry....
And yes coconut milk is a must..
Stuff, and if you make enough you can roll in clingfilm and freeze....thai red curry ingredients fish sauce or oliveoil for consistancy.

I love thai food too degrees right now....
I love Thai food.
I would avoid any noodle dishes dishes they have with tofu (not deep fried, though).
Some Thai restaurants have brown rice.
And not the coconut cream base.
Just sharing some of the recipes i eat often, while training or chilling Som tum thai/green papaya salad okay you're supposed to crush everything with a pestle and mortar but I dont bother most of the time, so anyway, first we'll make the dressing 2 tablespoons...
