Call me "grammar nazi", but yes, it hurts every single time I read or hear "Thank's God" or "Thanks God". Ok, let me tell you why we CAN say "Thank God" but not the other two.

"Thank you" is analogous to "thank God".
So here is my argument.
Ok, let me tell you why we verbs with suffix -s/-es.
It hurts every single time I read or hear "Thank's God" or "Thanks God".
