I went skiing today in single digit weather, close to 0 if you count the wind chill factor, and I stayed as warm as I ever have except for spring skiing.

I got out this morning, before 9am but not as early as I wanted (late, late flight in--sleep won!), and got a solid 5mi covered. It wasn't very crowded, but still so *active* and kind of overwhelming. I can't imagine how it gets at night... :o

i used filter tips just for qPCR ...but some people even use them screening i would not use filter....
