You have the room why not make it a theater? You can get a decent and place the mock up screen on the sidewall again.

I think I know the answer to this question but does it matter much if I purchase a sub that is a different brand than the other speakers for my home stereo setup? I'm sure the maker would say "yes" and how they are sonically matched, but really??
