With DS, I used Always Overnight Maxi pads for the first 4 or 5 the Infinity Overnights....
A month ago...might not be that way for everyone.
But I started using pad as of recent b/c discharge and urine leakage.
Of experience with pads.

They are big, but seem to secure very well around the top and the bottom .
I wasn't able to find a pad that worked well for me, so I took a leap of faith and ordered Deadbolt pads, because they looked like they might work.

It's been 8yrs since I b/f, so I'm not sure if they're still out (4 layers of flannel inside fleece) and some ones from Bubba Moo - both are thicker so I only use/c/breast-pads-products.html....

The Tundra upgrade (with plain Brembo....
I previously had stock pads with Brembo rotors...well, this was the second set of rotors, as the first had warped.
Hoses and "EBC Green Stuff" pads) helps a lot to reduce fade on long mountain descents.
