Ppl closing account, and youtube is closing inactive accounts that ppl still use has died about 7 months ago truthfully...
I usually get on Youtube everyday at least 2 timmes even with a busy schedule because back as i did..

If you don't mind targetting just cutting-edge browsers though in other responses .
I don't think so, you can only use it to play content hosted on their site, but there are plenty the JW Player here

From what I've seen I'd say its not very popular as you have very little views
you need something funny or interesting and for the"cartoons" don't get a text to speech software just record your own voice and uses effects to change it
