I had this in IT class . They were discussing the demerits and downsides of computers and this popped up.
Computers are not able to think for themselves. Now is that necessarily a bad thing?
What do you think?

I honestly think the age should be 25 years of age before one can vote so votes from people who don't know what....
I can think of no compelling reason why 16 yo should have the same right /privilege.

So apparently Mitt Romney thinks minors should be able to get an abortion... against their parents' wishes. According to an ad on the radio he thinks minors should be able to get a judge to allow them to get an abortion against their parents' wishes.

I'm talking about not using up resources, causing pollution, etc. You think we will be eventually able to save the planet? Someone long time ago said that all of us want our big screen TVs, for example, so that resources will be used to create those TVs...

If there was no NHS you wouldn't pay anything like the same amount of NI - so I think they'd almost cancel wouldn't pay anything like the same amount of NI - so I think they'd almost cancel each other out (as in, at the tax level).
