Hi guys
I am looking at buying some Omega 3 and 6 fish oils
Can anyone advise on the best ones, and does each tablet contain both Omegas, or will I have to buy them both seperately?
Have had a browse and cant find much on this so thought I would post ...

Omega 3 is an EFA so I think that one is a lot more important.
I think omega 6 is found in meat and dairy products, eggs etc.
Right omega 6 is not strictly an EFA.

Thank you so much for starting this Mike! I think getting a reduced N-3 to N-6 ratio is absolutely be surprised if an independent lab like Direct Labs offered an omega 3 to omega 6 ratio test.

Well, maybe not ruined it but took away one of the strongest points on the oldest bracelet...COMFORT!
On the new SMP-C Omega decided to make the bond bracelet thicker. I suppose the reason for this is that they updated it by using screws rather than friction...

I love the Omega brand! I wish I could afford to own a dozen of them, but like many out there, I have to be selective. So I was curious, if you could only own one Omega (excluding 18kt models) which one would you purchase?

Screen won`t work Vectra B fit as it's the same as the omega (but you try and find one) RobG has omega units now and then) The colour screen from the CD70 won't work but they also came with a none !!
The Omega does not have the CAN....
