I wonder if it would be possible to use multiple peltiers instead of fins/fans to cool the heat conduction tubes coming from the block? Use 2x225 watt peltiers which should be good for about 200 watts heat dissipation. The whole thing could be encased...

What's the most heat pipes on the biggest cooler? You would also want to use All of the surface area of the cold side... .
The more heat pipes the HSF has the better I think .
The only way to tell if it would work is to try it .
