What's going on with Iranian terrorism recently? India, Georgia and now Thailand?

I was watching BBC news earliert this evening and they said that the US Embassy in Bangkok had issued a bulletin to all Americans of a heightened danger of terrorism attacks in Thailand. No further information was provided...
