I sometimes sleep on my arms and wake up with a numb hand or even half way up my forearm not slept on my arm and made....
A throttle lock like Kaoko alleviates some of the right hand stress by allowing me not to be gripping a little.

My 60 coupe has a hand throttle knob but is not hooked up.
In fact the wire from the knob is only about 2 ft long.
Is it like a choke?
Where is the wire supposed to go/what does it hook up to?
Pedel linkage or carb linkage?

When I pull the hand throttle to a higher rpm, it will not stay at that position. The tractor does not have a foot throttle. Is there something on the throttle linkage that is supposed to hold it steady?

My truck idles at about 800rpm so.
Can still have full control with hand throttle, if not more control as you can still accelerate a little higher than your usual idle speed, the hand throttle helps.
