Thinking seriously about an M9. Is it generally recommended to use some kind of grip to make the camera easier to hold? And if so, what's the difference between the hand grip and the thumb thing? And there seem to also be various ...

You could do or zhou's (more subtle).
With a thumb grip and not using a wrist or neck strap and holding at my side with one hand.

My grips are thick with an aggressive pattern and I know it would make it easier to release the magazine if I cut a thumb relief in them. Only concern would it then cause accidental mag drops? What do you think?

B Replaced all my 1911 grips with the thumb cut in them.

My 2010 1200X is new to me - 2200 miles. Yesterday I was adjusting the handlebars and decided to test the hand and thumb warmers. Nothing - nada. let the sled run for a while and both grips and thumb warmers were cold...

Really like the thumb rest that came with the Allchin C-More mount. Locks grip in really well, never seem to have a bad grip anymore, and it keeps the thumbs in line. Any down side to these or bennefit to going to the bigger *thumb rest [generic]* ones...

Reall nice chromed out classic mag for sale. It will come fully set up with a bottomline set up with microline. It works perfectly.

Its not scratched, just normal hairline scuffs from play, they don't have texture thats how light they are .

I have confirmed with USPSA leadership that thumb assists, aka thumb rest, eg Gas Pedal WILL be legal for limited and limited 10 starting Jan 1 2013.

A thumb break, middle finger break, snap etc solution for conceal carry is a simple....
Properly (practiced), your thumb break will break as your hand is being wrapped around the grip, having some sort of active security is a good idea.

Scott Piercy uses the 10 finger grip, where he grips the club traditionally - left thumb extended down.
