I've noticed the other day and again today; A 'thump thump thump' and I can actually feel a thump, almost like someone is hitting it with a rubber mallet.
Any ideas?

Can you hear Amadeus knot thumping?
I have just noticed for the first time, after 6 months of happy use, that I can hear the knot thumping past the spindle when the volume is turned up high. What's the solution?

It sounds more like injector sound? Is the injectors on this car on the rear side of the engine... .
Went out for a quick drive and closely listen to the noise at idle and slight rev .
Nothing seem abnormal.
After taking a longer look at the pulley and the area .

If I'm aggressive it doesn't happen.
Only really notice it when I'm being gentle.
Going from first to second and sometimes 2nd to 3rd .
Didn't notice it during the test drive.
Been happening since day one on my 2012 1LS.
I get more of a clank.

Has anybody had a thump rattle noise on the drivers side from under the hood up high it sounds like.All hybrid,battery brackets are tight,underneath looks brand new.Cant find anything ....Any ideas?

Well i did bounce up and down.Sway bar links where replaced.It does it slow and moderate... .

Can you try duplicating by vigorously bouncing front left corner of Vue?
You could also creep along at idle RPM and apply rapid brake to dip Vue nose .

I have a pioneer head unit, two 12 in. Subs, sub crossover ,dual amplifier(a walmart special amp), and a regular crossover...how can i hook this system up and make it thump i mean i have had sum nice systems n my otha cars, but this one

With all the equipment you have, and if your dead set on that equipment, build a box tuned high .
More info on the other equipment and vehicle may help .
You need a better amp, and I'm going to go out on a limb and say you need a better box .

Bought this and had it on the car for maybe 25 miles and pulled it off....
comes with grooved idler pulley from thump...paid close to $400 for it shipped...
