How come every time that I go there, no matter who I go with or how many people, everybody else already caught two fish, so she gave me her rod and she took mine, I was there happy as larry that I had been fishing in got her a 3 pound....

There's about a 1 second window to catch a fish from the splash. 1 second response means you don't really have time to do anything but wait for the splash so you can click instantly. There's no time to type or do anything else while waiting for a bite...

I've missed maybe 10 fish (currently at 230 fishing to 1.5 seconds I would say....
I've spent my entire time fishing while watching Gargoyles episodes on Youtube.
It's a little more than 1 sec, closer to 1.5 seconds I would say .
