I don't remember if it was just "days within days of conception.
Good luck to you !! Same thing would happen to me just days after conception.
Only way to know is to wait for a time within guidelines of testing ....

I think early ultra sounds, that is with in the first trimester, are very accurate. Within 5 days. It is most likley that you did concieve (conceive) earlier than you thought. I wouldn't be concerned, I would be excited. Pretty cool to shave off two weeks...
