Bought 3 weeks on the resale market- got a call today that is interesting to us about upgrading to newer unit. I would wipe out one week also get MF down to 2 if I did this.

Just like many others we own a Timeshare (overseas) which we visited 3 times- havent been there in the last 10 years. The timeshare is paid off and all we have done for the last 10 years is paid our Maintenance Fees.
