By a migraine.
After the vision cleared I felt tingling in the tips of my fingers of both hands that worked.
By tingling/numbness in the hands, face and legs, followed by an intense migrain and in many occasions edges.

But then again you may also have a poor diet or be part of the 30% of people that get dizzy sometimes .
You may have low blood pressure, diabetes or vascular syncope .
I would say go to the doctor.
