What's the proper way/time to tip the hotel cleaning people? At the end of our stay? Every day? How much is acceptable? thanks!

Not to sound like a broken....
I would tip everyday as you may get a different maid each day your stay.
He said they are useless to them there, so please remember people....DO NOT TIP IN AMERICANWe put $2.00 on the pillow every day.

We have always had outstanding service during our many Sandals stays, and without tipping.
Is this one a tip.
What about CSA? says tipping is included, but we generally tip anyway.
Relaxed about it.
I've read about tipping policies for restaurants but what about excursions? Also what do people do if it's an owner operated tour?

That alone made it worthwhile".

Tipping is voluntary.
My husband felt obligated, but given' tipping by the Director would have instantly made me not tip.
That many people tip the director and the staff.
Tipping for slot machine payout.... OK, it would be nice if I ever had to worry about tipping for a hand-payout since I never win at the slot machines but I'm just curious in case I EVER win enough for a hand payout. Do you tip? What percentage?

Tipping is up to you, it is not based on a percent.
If you win over 1,200 they will hand pay and give you an IRS form .
No need to tip for that.
Just take the ticket to the cashier.

This is what I do; tip everyone you feel like tipping just once, at the END of your stay, and BE SURENo tipping is allowed, but you can still do better than that.
