So is there a way to back search our truck titles to see where the truck came from? What dealer in what state sold it new? Who owned it in the past and for how long? Just wondering.

The privacy laws of ~2001 it from the original owner and he has the original title and it list the previous owner as the dealer on that title....

You could use JavaScript to remove the title attribute ( not tag).
The title tag is for information about the link (target).

There should only be one, and there must be one only h1
; usually this is the page title h3 ..etc
On your blog's home page, I would use H1 to denote the site title and H2 for the titles, though, I would use H1 for the article ....
