The water inlet tube of my toilet is squealing, at the top where the water comes in. How can I fix it? It is the newer tall tube type. It makes this noise after thetoilet is flushed and the water is refilling the tank.

There may be a valve on the water inlet pipe to the toilet.
Turn the water pressure to the toilet down a bit, itis too strong for the fill tube.
