I love this soup and it can be eaten in all stages
3 peppers (i use yellow, red and orange) deseeded and chopped
1pack lean bacon, cut into strips
1 large onion chopped
1 tin chopped tomato's
1 cup of red lentils
1 vegetable stock cube
500ml water / seasoning...

I found out about this soup recently. It is awesome with a spoon full of sour cream, black pepper and a grill cheese sandwich. Wallmart has it in the soup aisle.
