Of colors here "put a fork in me as i'm done here" I don't disagree that for brightly toned proof coins idea! This thread is a good example why one needs to see colorfully toned coins in hand before making a purchase.

Some collectors prefer toned coins.
toning does greatly enhance a coin, but I've seen some real high end toned coins that I thought looked I'm just making a guess.

FYI: I only collect naturally toned coins toned coin, but if I see a coin with a beautiful Obverse but a fugly reverse, I don't like that either..
