It seems like the aftermarket 2 inch torsion bar lift is a scam....you can crank the stock torsion bars...soo why goo buy some rough country 2 inch leveling kit?...i dont see the difference i cranked mine level and everythings doing good...whats the difference...

I was wondering this my self,unless it dont ride as rough with torsion bar kit as it would to aftermarket torsion bars as it is the same thing pretty much material and parts wise? I also on my old truck just used torsion....

Under "SPR" will be a two letter code....
Alright so you know which to know which torsion bar you have, you can look on the label inside your driver's door.
I pulled torsion bolts from a #1 bar last month.
Using FRF App i know.

Bigger torsion bars and arb. long shot but on building a race car and looking for anything to improve the handling. give me a shout if you have anything that fits the bill. open to suggestions.

i want to get some 205 torsion bars that are 21 or 23mm thick but dont want to pay peugeot sport prices. can you suggest a good peugeot breaker (with a van), race or rally shop that may have second hand ones.

Does anybody with a 60-62 have any detailed pics of how their exhaust was run? I'm trying to figure it out on my 62 right now but it looks like the torsion bars and x member are gonna create problems. Thanks

I lined up the white marks on the torsion bar to the mount on each end.
My truck is an 86 and I took caution to make sure the bars went on the right side the splines wouldn't mate properly.
