Just a quick question from a numpty.... When using different wheels for racing and training, does everyone have a cassette on both back wheels or do you also change the cassette over when changing the back wheel..?

During the race itself obviously you want to go as fast as possible would expect to be able to run at Marathon Pace on race day when one has not been training at speeds of "Marathon Race....

I've started to develop an interest in the japanese mentality of using racing flats... for everything. I'm actually going to do track in the spring so i was wondering what your take on racing flats is. I was also wondering where i could order some :P

I'm not a fan of training in flats, especially more miles than your regular....

It is an odd reversal because when you say he won a race "handily" it means he won a tightener the week before a planned race, often had a bullet work doing so, and otherwise was breezed.

Have signed up to the WAR in Glendalough on April 14. Is there any specific training programs for adventure racing I should follow?
