Hello, we are looking at going to Antigua in Feb 2012. We are looking at two resorts - Tranquility Bay, and Rex Halcyon Cove Resort. Both sites look like they have dive shops on-site but I'm not sure. Has anyone stayed at either or both of these resorts...
