With many states talking about taxing or straight up banning trans fats across the U.S. I thought now may be the perfect time to debate some of the benefits and drawbacks of enacting a tax on the product.

So you want to stop me from eating trans fats because it drives up health care? BUT PERCY AND BRUCE CAN STICK WHATEVER THEY WANT INTO THEIR MOUTHS OR OTHER ORFICES AND YOU FIGHT FOR THEIR RIGHTS.

Tyring to figure this one out....
most of my fat comes from avacados, salmon, nuts, coconut oil and sometimes bacon etc
i'm trying to build muscle and lower BF%
how many grams are ideal for 24 y/o F, 5'7", 130 lbs?!

Plus the body requires fat to function such as nutrient absorption.
Fats can help you feel fuller than eating carbohydrates.

So I got more information today from my doc about my high cholesterol (posted a vent yesterday). She said to get at least 1000mg of fish oil and 500mg of niacin a day. Right now I'm taking 2800mg fish oil and 50mg of niacin, so I can up the latter. She...
