I have logged and relogged a bunch of times, still not showing up .
Other then that not really sure.
If you havent logged in on it for a long time you'll have to log back in and it should show up .

You can't just transfer your account, for example.
Through the process for every individual toon.

All characters that have failed their server transfer attempts since January 18, 2012, will be granted a grace period and final opportunity to successfully transfer, during the maintenance on February 15, 2012. There is no need to re-queue to sign-up ...
