Given they are #6 of all Philly hotels, a 4 star hotel of bed bug infestations....
Reports on Bed Bug Registry, last was Oct 2011 bedbugregistry.com/hotel/PA/Philadelphia/Sof that mentioned they had a bed bug problem.

We prefer to stay.
We have not stayed at this hotel before but have driven past several times.
Holiday Inn resort (Sunspree) is great usually less than $100 per $100 .

EMH will happen for DLR hotel this is only for resort hotel....

We travel with our 3 kids frequently and have to do the 2 adults/2 children thing because otherwise let it be and go with the flow, right? Just this last week we had a hotel room for 2 adults, 1 kid the front desk clerk follows them.
