Always heard to go by 15-30g of Carbs for snacks and up to about 60g for meals.

I, personally, don't take a whole lot, in the way of snacks, as there's always enough food store....
Was thinking about having a few snacks for the plane ride and maybe a late night suitcases.
Also travel well.
