Is there anything besides carrot sticks that you can munch on that is a healthy alternative to munch on when you are trying to quit smoking? I had my last smoke yesterday afternoon and I'm trying to find healthy snack alternatives to help fight the cravings...

I travel about once a week, mostly for work, so I tend to buy are a great & filling snack....
Raw almonds and granola bars, I've been really into Kind (plus) bars .
That's my standard snack stash for trips.
Granola bars, trail mix or nuts.
