I have never used the other site A quick check on reviews on Google and tripadvisor might help .
I have used travelrepublic many times and never had a problem .

I have purchases Disney tickets direct and last year massively and couldnt have afforded to go with a travel agent for the hotels etc that we wanted if i hadnt.
