Thos Cook charged me £6.00 commission for £200 travellers cheques. Is this normal please? I thought
Travellers Cheques were Non-Commission. He assured me that if I could find anyone who didn't charge
- hoping so!

Bank of Montreal has AMerican Express travellers cheques...Are they accepted in Cuba
American Express travellers cheques are NOT accepted anywhere in Cuba. If you want to take
travellers cheques you need to take those not affiliated with an American Bank ie: Thomas Cook, etc.even

(sp?) and if they take travellers cheques? We will also have bank card and pesos from last years

I am unsure whether or not to bring travellers cheques for places like grocery/drug or department
the travellers cheques because i can get those with no fees on my US$ account. i am glad i checked
just use your (fee-free) travellers cheques but cash them at a bank to avoid any hassles at stores?My

I found it difficult to cash travellers cheques in other Mexican cities and I am wondering
if Zihuatanejo is a good place to bring travellers cheques.

Sterling Travellers cheques, but would probably want them in either dollars or egyptian LE for every day
traveller's cheques would be a safe bet. Does the hotel offer an exchange program? We would be taking
via travellers cheques (sterling?). We're with Thomas Cook if it helps.

that Travellers Cheques are not accepted at a lot of places
I know a lot of you use fairfx cards etc, however...
that don't take Travellers Cheques so in the main you wouldn't experience too many problems. Disney

Baht travellers cheques but I'm told you cannot get them and you can take either US dollars or UK
