Treadmill vs. Elliptical;
Personally, i think treadmill is slightly better than the elliptical for cardio work outs.
But elliptical is less painful. (No impact, smooth gliding)

Personally I don't run on a treadmill at healthy clip 7:30 pace no issues....
The gym go around significantly helps with the motion sickness factor .
It is far easier to run on the track than on a treadmill, especially when the ship is moving.

Like others I find tweaking on the treadmill....
If there are mirrors a treadmill can be a good place to work on your form.
I can work through it while running on the treadmill and I'm usually over it by the time I get home.
